mandyanne, I'm happy to report news of Laura Roslin's early death are false. :)
From BuddyTV: According to SyFy Portal, Terry Moore, wife of Battlestar Galactica executive producer, Ronald D. Moore, has denied rumors that Mary McDonnell's character, terminally ill former president Laura Roslin, will exit the series halfway through the coming last season. Terry Moore is a regular poster over at the SciFi Channel message boards and she promptly clarified the issue after speculations came out regarding McDonnell's premature demise on the program. (snip) "I just told Ron what this spoiler was, and he said the Laura spoiler is 'not true,'" Terry Moore assured. "He also said that he hasn't even told the studio what the end of the show is." Color me relieved, as Roslin is one of my faves. |

Ain't It Cool News has the following spoilers lurking in invisotext here. Very interesting information about the rest of the flashbacks. The last three flashbacks are actually scenes from Razor...this is pretty incredible considering the amazing space porn in the third flashback.
If you watched tonight’s mini-episode, you know that it gives us our first gander at the ‘70s-inspired toasters that play a key role in both next month’s “Battlestar Galactica: Razor” TV-movie and are said to play a mammoth role the fourth and final season of “Galactica” launching in April.
Notes on the next three mini-sodes: There are seven mini-episodes in all. Five, six and seven are even cooler than four, all dealing with the mysterious edifice Young Husker Adama now finds himself in. A bit of scoop here. Mini-episodes one through four aren’t part of the SciFi version of “Razor,” but the final three mini-episodes (starting next Friday) are actual scenes from “Razor.” Or almost. The seventh and final mini-sode ends with a very short coda not found in the SciFi (or perhaps any) version of “Razor.” It stars the 40-years-older Edward James Olmos version of Bill Adama and it’s set very shortly before the start of Cylon War II. This final scene offers a VERY intriguing piece of information related to a major “Galactica” character. This post has been edited by Romantique: Oct 27, 2007 @ 8:26 pm. |

Since what you saw is (apparently) a screener copy that was uploaded, I'm theorizing the final credit sequence may still be in production.

-Also, will there be any resolution to Boomer's storyline? I became quite invested in the character over the course of season one and felt very disappointed that we've only had brief glimpses of her since Downloaded. Instead of maintaining the focus on Athena (who is just not very interesting now that she and Helo are happy together, they've gotten Hera back, and she has won the friendship/acceptance/trust of Kara, Adama and others) I feel a return to Boomer's story would be much more dramatically compelling and the writers do owe us some closure there after spending so much time on her in season one. Well, here’s another tease about Season 4: Boomer will be back, baby. Big time! From here. And since 3 of the same gender are going to get boxed, I'm praying this means it isn't the women.
