First things first: many thanks to Mercury for running the game again. Though maintaining continued interest in the show was kind of hard for me last fall I got drawn in by the end, which helped me finish well (the way John Kerry should've.. sniffle) in the game. It's not my intention to keep blathering how much my involvement with the show has diminished ( I think I did that a lot last fall); suffice to say that I haven't researched the new contestants before today and my guesses are based on the vaguest hunches. The game is still fun for me, so...

The 20 Survivors will not be separated into tribes.
If there are tribes there will be 2.
Immunity will be individual.
Ibrehem will win immunity.
The honor of having first confesh will go to Caryn.
Tom will have the ep's last confesh.

[Mercury]

We start off Survivor Palau with all 20 survivors stranded together, the first of each gender who reached the beach earning individual immunity: Jolanda and Ian. Then a grade-school gym class pick'em happened where the Ulong and Koror tribes were created, and Wanda and Jonathan were left hanging in the breeze. At the IC/RC, the older and less fit Koror kicked butt, bringing home the idol and the fire box, which they proceed to lose while paddling back to their new camp. Ulong heads to TC and boots the bossy, loud-mouthed Jolanda, while she, Ibrehem and Bobby Jon toss votes at the outcast Angie.
