Personally, I think Scully was the voice of audience, which knows there really aren't any monsters. Mulder was the voice of 1013, saying, "But wouldn't it be cool if there were?" In real life, Scully should have won every argument because her arguments were sound and based on rationality. But on the show, Mulder had to always be right in the end or they would have been reduced to chasing counterfeiters in every episode. I decided to do it by seasons, and then at the end have the top five or so in each season duke it out. So here are the rules (stolen from the Angel thread)!

I list all the Season 1 episodes. Every ep starts with 15 points. You get to vote to add two points (++) or take away two points (--) for three episodes. You only get to vote once a day. Plus, if you are the one to kill off an episode, you get to rewrite the ending. We continue until we have the undisputed best episode of Season 1. Then we move on to the later season and in the end have the best episodes duke it out!

But the tag on Duane Barry’s body in ‘Ascension’, states - according to the script – that he died in June:

Where taken from: Skyland, VA.
